Problems when Publish tasks after Create Project and Publish Project with PDS

Hi
I'm using PDS for create project, publish, copy projects, etc.
I was copy one project with PDS methods ProjectData and ProjectCreate, but when open the project in the client project and publish new task this send me this error "Publish New and Changed Assignments" DATABASE ERROR (0X80040E14)

Any idea?
