Problems when starting outlook 2003 (can't open files)

After instaling office 2003, i tryed to star outlook and apears a message that say "It is not possible open your folders predefined. the file c:\documens and settings\aduarte1\definições locais\application data\microsoft\outlook\outlook.ost is not a offlines file

Please help me
