Problems whith Project Server 2003 Service Pack 1

I have a big problem, I installed the Project Server 2003 Service Pack 1 and
it's was successfull.
But I have problems , I can´t see the administration page whit my
administration account. Nobody users can work , because they can't see the
projet pages either.

What Can I do? It's a big problem because it's a production database.

This files were installed en this order:

1.-ProjectServer2003-KB837241-SQLFile-ESN.EXE
2.-ProjectServer2003-KB837241-FullFile-ESN.EXE
3.-ProjectServer2003-KB837241-WSSFILE-ESN.EXE

The users can connecting with Profesional Project
but with they can´t connected wht Webacces
