Problems wih updates KB921580 and KB894542 (error 0x80070643)

Everytime I try to install these two Office 2003 Updates (KB921580 and
KB894542) I receive this error - 0x80070643. I allready tried to follow the
sugestions on Support page (-Determine the status of the Office Source Engine
service-, and -Repair the Ose.exe file-) but nothing seems to work.
Thanks for your help.
