Problems with absolute positioning and hyperlinks

I have changed all the tables on the page below to be absolutely positioned.
After I did this however the pictures inside the table that were perfectly
working hyperlinks to other pages are now quite erratic, i.e. when you move
the mouse over the pictures there are many spots where the huperlink works
and many spots where it does not. You can see what I mean if you go to the
page below. Many thanks to anyone who can tell me what I have done wrong.
