I am running Office 2003 SP2 on Windows XP. I have an Access macro that looks
at a specific Outlook folder and imports the data into an Access table. If I
run the macro after doing the following steps, everything works great:
Open Outlook, move desired message into folder A.
Close Outlook and reopen Outlook.
Open Access, run the macro to import data from folder A table to an Access
table.
However, if I do it in any other order - such as if the Access database is
open and I move a message into folder A, the new message doesn't appear in
the folder A table. Is this because the table needs to be relinked? Is there
any way to make this automatic?
