hello,
two colleagues of me have a strange problem:
if they sent emails with several attachments (e.g. one pdf and one
word-file), often but not always the recipients get two word-files but no
pdf-file.
the second word-file is a duplication of the first one, the recipient can
open both and they have both the same content. there is no hint in the email,
that my colleague also attached a pdf-file.
the it-admin said, that he know this problem and there is no solution ?!?!
does anyone else heard of this problem and found a solution?
my colleagues use outlook 2002 and windows 2000, we have an exchange-server
