Problems with auto correct

When I click on Auto correct (both in Word and in Excel) I get the message: The auto correct file "C:\Documents and Settings\Martin\Application Data\Microsoft\Office\MSO1051.acl" could not be saved. The file is either read only or you have not right to change this file? Could anybody tell what does it mean and how do I solve this. Thanks
