I am in a corporate environment running Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003.
One of my exec's who was upgraded from Outlook 2000 is having
problems in adding attendees. Outlook 03 is running in cached mode.
When he types the name of the attendee and hits tab it should
autoresolve and complete the name. It does neither. If he hits
Check names it then performs the action correctly. No one else in the
company has this problem that I am aware of.
When he goes to send an email, autocomplete and autoresolve work fine.
I have not tried to delete the .nk2 file. I am considering it.
I have not had a chance to verify that Tools, Options, Email Options,
Advanced has both options check for automatic name checking and suggest
names are selected. I assume this is working by the way the "to"
perfoms when sending an email but will verify it when the laptop is
made available to me.
Please let me know if I am missing something obvious or if there are
any suggestions. I'm not sure what other information to provide.
