Problems with BCM v2 update

Hello,

I'm having trouble installing the Business Contact Manager update. I
installed it on a test PC without a hitch, so decided to install on my
notebook. Install bombed when completeing the MSDE server
configuration. Tried multiple attempts to get it installed and then
tried to revert/reinstall the original version to no avail. Then chose
to restore from a restore point made just prior to the first upgrade
attempt. This time I decided to install MSDE first and it worked fine.
Now when trying to install either the new update or the original
version, the install is asking for the location of
"BusinessContactManager-Fullfile-ENU.msp" which is not on any CD that I
own, nor part of the files that are extracted for the update. Where
can I find this file or work around this roadblock. Any help would be
appreciated.

Jeff D.

If you don't get an answer here for these kinds of problems, you should
call Microsoft support.

Are you trying to install BCM V1 or V2, in the last step?

Have you uninstalled MSDE thru Add/Remove before trying to install BCM?

In the last step I'm trying to install V1, but I get the same result
installing V2. No, I've not unistalled MSDE before trying to install
BCM. The BCM installer is getting hung up right at the start because
it is trying to find a file that doesn't exist, so it won't continue.
