I'm running a shared database of MSBCM on my network. The SQL Engine keeps
crashing Outlook on all my client computers multiple times a day and MSFT has
no help with this, the link opens Help & Support Center but says no info is
available. I have pasted the information from my Event Log below, it is the
same on every machine:

Now I've installed all the latest updates for Windows XP (SP3 and all
updates thereafter) as well as SP4 for Business Contact Manager for Outlook
2003 and I'm still having problems. The database is hosted on WIndows Server
2003 Standard Edition with SP1 and all current updates. I don't know what
else to do, can anyone offer some help with this please?
