problems with checkbox control in Excel Form

I have created a form with many checkboxes. All work without data protection.
When data protection is on, all but one of the checkboxes work. Why? I have
checked the properties and they are the same for every box. I see no
difference between this one and the others yet, no matter what I do, it still
can not be checked when data protection is on.

It sounds as though the cell link for that check box in locked. Look at the
properties again for the cell link. Then select the cell link and unlock.
