problems with Cleanup of Completed Tasks in PWA

I attempted to delete completed tasks from each user's PWA timesheet by going
to Admin - Clean Up Project Server Database. To test it out I directed it at
only 1 user. The completed tasks got removed (hooray) but:

Deleted tasks (with the big X) returned

and

The summary structure of the individual tasks disappeared. Now the
user only sees the project name and the task. The WBS for each task
is gone.

How do I recover?

The return of the deleted tasks was caused by the project manager
republishing the assignments in that project (Collaborate - Publish -
Republish Assignments). The loss of the WBS can be solved by the team
member going to the timesheet page in PWA, clicking the View Options tab,
and selecting the "Show summary tasks" option. Hope this helps.

Dale-

We tried going into View Options Tab and clicking on summary task. Toggled
it.
Refreshed the window, toggled, closed the window, toggled it. Nothing. Still
doesn't show the WBS.

I'm perplexed about the reappearance of the deleted tasks. I find it hard to
believe that so many project managers republished so many tasks.

I'm still researching the SQL method to remove the deleted tasks via a SQL
scrip
