Problems with Custom Forms forwarding

Hello all,

Hope you guys can help with a problem that we are having. We have a
moderated Public Folder Calendar set up to use Custom Forms. The
Public Folder is set to forward any items created onto a specfic
distribution list. A recipient witll then move the item into the the
Public Folder.

We have intermittent issues with the forwarding of the item. The item
is attached to a message and sent to the members of the ditribution
list. Some users find that, when they open the attachment, it displays
with the default appointment form - not the custom form.

No error messages are displayed and the issue does not appear to be
fixed by clearing out the forms cache.

We are running a mix of Outlook 2002 SP2 and SP3 with Exchange 2000 SP4
at the back end. The issue does not appear to relate the the version
of Outlook SP running. The Outlook build no that I am running - and I
am one of the users with problems is 10.6515.6735.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
