Your comment that that opened appointments are correct makes me think the
problem is just how its viewing this week. See
http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/dst_week.asp for one issue I'm aware
of. I
keep forgetting about this because it affects very few people but someone
brought it up this morning - I wasn't aware of it until last year and
I've
been doing outlook support for 10 years so there may be more goofy things
like this that few people ever hit.

Thanks again Diane. I had followed the steps outlined by Microsoft on
updating my mobile device's software, had rebooted and resynched the
device
with the previously noted results. Hopefully this won't recurr this
fall.
Thanks for your time.
:
Oh. You are syncing with a device. This is a well known cause of time
zone
issues, usually because the device is not on the correct time zone/dst
setting. Since opening the item for editing on the device fixed it,
you
may
just need to reboot the device so the time change kicks in.

Hi Diane,
I followed the steps in the links provided in your posts and they
were
not
updated. In fact, when I ran them, I got the message that it
couldn't
find
any appointments to move. I link my Outlook Calendar with a Windows
Mobile
6.1 device. It was only after synching with my desktop calendar did
some
of
the appointments update. I ran the rebaser again, still no
appointments
were
found to be moved even though there were still some incorrect. What
is
interesting is that I did find a recurring appointment that was
still
displaying the incorrect time. However, when I went into the appt.
on
my
device to correct it, once I was in edit mode for the reoccurrence,
the
correct time was displayed and once I completed the recurrence edit
(without
changing anything), the correct time was then displayed on the
calendar.
:
When did you make the individual appointments? if they were made
before
you
(or windows update) installed the time zone update with the new
definitions,
you need to use the appointment rebaser to update them.

I am having the same problem. From my review, it appears as if
recurring
appointments were updated, but not individual appointments. So,
so
frustrating.
:
because your computer is using the the definitions (that's why
its
wrong
now), you need to make sure it has the time zone update
installed.

Yes; I ran this with no success

Did you install the time zone updates and run the time zone
rebaser
for
outlook?

I live in the Easter Time Zone and this weekend we moved
our
clocks
fowrd
Since then I've been having issues with some (not all) of
my
outlook
appointments; mostly those sent to me from others.
Attached is a screenshot of a reoccurring appointment from
a
coworker
and
my
Calendar
As you can see in the reoccurrence it is set for 11:00 AM
every
Friday
However up until 04/03/09 it is showing at 12:00 PM; the
following
week
04/10/09 it switches to 11:00 AM (the correct time)
I suspect my system believe Daylight savings is switching
at
that
point
I ran the Microsoft DST Update but this did not help
