Problems with Default Mail Program

I'm trying this again in hopes that a MVP will take a look at it.

When I am in my new Word 2003, and I want to email the document I've been
working on, I go to File>Send To and the only option available is 'Mail
Recipient (For Review)' and that's greyed out.

How can I un-grey it and have other mail options available, like just "Mail
Recipient"? I've checked the block in OE designating it as the default mail
program.

I'd appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

Have you checked the box for "Mail as attachment" on the General tab of
Tools | Options?
