Problems with Discussion Forum Web Page

I have inserted a Discussion Forum page(s) into an existing FP 2003 site and
I am getting a couple of problems -

The Navigation frame on the left does not show on this page.
The dates for the posts appear in another language even though the date
format for the site is UK (Mrz instaed of May).

I also have a couple of questions which I will post seperately.

Contact your host on the language
- The server language may be English but they may have installed the German FP SE (by accident?)

As for the frame problem post the URL for the DW
