problems with emailing

I am trying to send emails to regular people i send them
to and I am getting things like this returned to me.

Can someone help me why this is happening?

I assume the address/syntax is all correct.
There is probably a glitch in their server or even yours.
Resend and just inquire if they got the first issue.
I dont think it is anything you are doing wrong....
