PLEASE I NEED HELP, I KNOW VERY LITTLE IN INFORMATICS AND I HAVE IN MY
POWER BOOK G4 INSTALLED OFFICE v.X for MAC AND LAST WEEK I RECEIVED A
MAIL (ENTOURAGE) THAT AS SOON THAT I OPEN IT IT DISCONECTED ENTOURAGE
AND THIS SEVERAL TIMES ALWAYS FROM THE SAME COMPANY.
TODAY I OPEN ENTOURAGE IT FLASHED A FEW SECONDS AND DISSAPEAR GIVNG ME
A NOTICE TO BE SEND TO MICROSOFT ENTOURAGE EXPLAINING THAT ENTOURAGE
HAS LIVED UNEXPECTENLY AND THAT THE OTHER SYSTEMS HAD NOT BEEN
AFFECTED.
I SEND THIS RAPPORT SEVERAL TIMES BUT NOT ANSWER AND I NEED URGENTLY
TO UTILISE MY E-MAIL. .
PLEASE CAN ANY ONE HELP ME ????

First, using all caps is considered shouting. Secondly, it's Mac not MAC.
Both common newbie mistakes.
What version of the OS do you have installed? Look under the Apple in the
menu bar and select "About this computer". If you have Tiger, you should
have version 10.4.11. If you have Leopard, it's 11.5.1. If you are not
updated, download the combo updater from Apple, then run Software Updater
from System Preferences to get any further updates.

What version of Office X do you have installed? Look under Entourage in the
menu bar and select "About Entourage". The last and final update for Office
X is 10.1.9. Office X is end of life software. It's not daylight saving time
compliant. You¹ll need to apply the workaround:

Microsoft is offering specials for Office X users to update to Office 2004
with a free update to Office 2008. (see below)
Once you are fully updated, try downloading. Does the problem still exist?
If yes, then it's probably a malformed message that is causing the problem.
Use your web browser to view you mail. Find and delete the message there.
The MERP reports do not generate replies. It's just a way for Microsoft to
track problems.
