I wish to use the EVAL Function to return a 0 or -1 when
looking at my Contact_Company field when compared to a
field on my Search Form.
Eval("'" & [Contact Company] & "'In (" & [forms]![MAIN:
Search | Contact]![MAIN: Contact | Search].[form]![Search
Company] & ")")
Are there any limitations to the punctuations I have for
the data in my Contact_Company field?
For example, if one of my Companies is "AT&T" will Eval
return an error on that because of the '&'?
Can someone provide me a list of the punctuations EVAL
doesn't like or tell me where to get it?
Thanks.
Sad to say, as usual, the help that comes with Access
doesn't address this important topic at all (
