Problems with File/Print

Lately when I do a File/Print, the print menu doesn't
come up that lets you select the no.of copies, pages,
etc. Instead it brings up a flashing (orange) button on
the task bar. When I right or left click on the flashing
button, the print dialog box finally comes up. What do I
need to change this?

This is caused by a conflict with the Norton Office Plug-in. See "Title Bars
