Hi all
In 2002, we experienced issues with the Find command.
Strange things started happening when using find to locate records in our
Access 2000 database - the record would simply not be found even though it
was certainly there - or it would display one record, but any changes made
would be entered against a totally unrelated record.
To resolve this, we were advised to update the Jet Database engine using
jet40sp5_9xnt.exe.
Recently we appear to be experiencing similar problems again although all
the client PCs were replaced early last year and now run Access from MS
Office 2003.
Question:
Would this fix not have been incorporated into later releases of the Jet
engine and therefore be old news now?
Or is this patch or another patch now required?
TIA
Phil
