Problems with font size when printing e-mail

I'd be so grateful if someone could help me. I operate an iMac and have set up both the e-mail program (Outlook Express 2001 for Mac) and Internet Explorer. I have followed the directions for page set up and font size.

When I print from a website, everything is fine. But when I print an e-mail letter, it prints out tiny, tiny. If I ask it to zoom to 150%, I get a normal size font, but of course, much of it is cut off the page.

Since I'm new at all this, and have no idea how to get back to this newsgroup, I'd be so grateful if you would e-mail me at (e-mail address removed)
