Problems with forms

Meat

Hi,

Outlook 2002 with Exchange 2000.

I modified the default form of the calendar in Outlook to mark new entries
on public calendar as ''private''.

Many times users receive error message saying that Outlook can't open the
form and users have to clear the cache if they want to open the form. I tried
reinstalling and keep Oulook up to date, but the problem still there.

How can I get rid of it?

Thank you.

These are symptoms of forms cache corruption. Where did you publish the form? What build of Outlook 2002? Check Help | About.

I publish the forms on an Exchange 2000 server. I use Outlook 2002 build
(10.6515.6735) SP3.

"on an Exchange 2000 server" could mean to a public folder's forms library, to multiple folders, to the Organizational Forms library or all of the above. Which is it? It matters.
