Problems with forum

I

Inbox20039

I have posted questions to the Office/Outlook/Contacts forum, but when I go
there I am stuck on the page with questions from 12/23/08. Sometimes by
clicking around I can force it to the current date, but can't do this
consistently. I have no idea why this is happening, does anyone have a
suggestion?

Also when I can get to the current dates, I can find my question which
states there are 4 posts, but when I click on it I get a page with the
message "No posts available for this thread". I don't understand this either.

Lastly I click to be notified of replies, but when I click on the link to
rate the response I get a notice from Microsoft that the server is down and
can't be accessed at this time. I am doubtful that your servers are down at
all times.

I can't figure out why your site isn't working right for me.

It would be a whole lot simpler if you used a dedicated newsreader, eg
outlook express, rather than the clunky web interface

Do yourself a BIG favour and ditch the horrible web interface. Use a news
reader instead.
