Problems with importing excel spreadsheet to organization chart

When trying to import spreadsheet using wizard, documentation is vauge about
what each field does to create chart. I either get an error on duplicate last
names (which I would think would be a common issue) or using a unique
employeed ID for the last name field I end up with 400 + seperate charts. Not
sure if anyone knows where there are more details on what the wizard uses to
create the chart from Excel data. I'm trying to use a file exported from Abra
software.
