I currently have created a number of Infopath forms on my computer, which
have previously been re-located to a computer which houses an Extranet (i.e.
I have the templates located in a folder for the EXTRANET called FORMS).
The Forms themselves are not being used to store any data, but simply being
placed on the Extranet so that users can access them, fill them out, then
save a copy, print & email.
The only problem is that when the completed forms are being sent to somebody
who does not have access to the original template location, it won't allow
them to open the form.
So the problem is not actually being able to open the form template from the
EXTRANET, but being able to open the saved form after it has been completed
(it's looking for the original).
Do I simply just need to PUBLISH the files to the EXTRANET's FORMS folder,
instead of having the actual Template there? And where would I keep the
original template, if this is the case?
Thanks,
