Problems with install being called when Outlook 2007 loading

When I load Outlook 2007 installer accompanies the load. When I select
functions within Outlook after it has loaded is sometimes calls installer.

What I would like to do is to put a trace on the load sequences so that I
can find out what it is that it is loading and try and find some resolution.
Is there a monitoring application or do the facilities already exist within
Vista Home Premium?

If you have Windows XP, then log in to Windows as Administrator, start
an Office program, accept the EULA, close the Office program, log out of
Windows as Administrator, and log back in to Windows using your normal
user profile.

If you have Windows Vista, then right-click on an Office program
shortcut, choose to run the Office program as Administrator, accept the
EULA, close the Office program, and then start the Office program normally.
