problems with installing a com add-in in visio 2003

Hi

I'm installing the default visio add-in written in VB.net using the
..net setup project.
the OnConnection sub works fine and I'm getting the messagebox telling
me that the add-in is connected, but when I open the
tools-->macros-->com add-ins
in visio (2003) I don't see my add-in in the Add-ins available list.
Does somebody have an idea?

when you installed the com add-in did you install it just for yourself, or
for everyone, as I remember one of the options displays it and one does not.
I just checked mine (installed for me) and it does show in the tool bar.
