Problems with installing sql desktop engine

I have installed business contact manager and the sql desktop engine, but am
receiving an error message of "mapi was unable to load the information
service dccmsp.dll" - I would like to get this set up. Does anyone know what
to do.

As an option, can I install the full sql server in place of the desktop
engine, and if so should it be 2000 or 2005 to work with business contact
manager.

Hi

BCM V2 would only work with MSDE 2000 do note SQL 2005 would be considered
for upcoming version of BCM.Also when does this error pop up ?During
installtion or when opening Outlook

When opening outlook for the first time after installing the business contact
manager, I am asked, within outlook, if I want to set up Business Contact
Manager. I say yes and try to proceed but that error message comes up.

Do you have Win Fax installed ?Coz that is know to cause such errors.If you
have the same try uninstalling it and see if the error occurs.Hope this
helps

Win Fax was on previously, but was deleted a while ago. If you think the full
sql 2000 will work with this instead of the desktop engine, I will install
that.

Hi

It is recommended that you install the stripped down version of MSDE 2000
that comes with BCM coz if you install SQL 2000 you will have to migrate the
data by detaching and attaching the database something like that
