Problems with Lebans OLE to Disk

I've been using Lebans A2k version of LoadSaveJpeg for a few years now with
no problems. We take pics (jpeg), add some text on them with Paint, save
them as a jpeg, then load them into the dbase. Cut to now, we have upgraded
to Access 2007 and I want to extract all 5k images as jpeg and use the new
Attach image control. Problem is I get an error "Sorry...this OLE object
contains an unsupported format Please select a different Record to Export"
with "modGetContentsStream.fGetContentsStream:-2147220938" in the title bar
of the box. Any ideas what's going on?
