Problems with loading graphics

P

Pete

Greetings. I am using PP to build an intranet for my company. The slides
are created and saved as .mhtml onto a server. Once it is working properly,
multilple viewers will be accessing to view pictures and information
concerning a turnpike system (I know, I know....why I'm using PP for this is
unclear to me as well, just trust me when I say I don't have a choice at this
time). I haven't had the opportunity to test multiple users yet, but some
strange things have happened with even one user. Sometimes the graphics will
not load at all. On some computers, they won't work from the beginning. On
others, everything will be working fine, and then all of a sudden won't load.
The only consistancy I can find (on computers that WILL pull it up
initially) is that when I hyperlink out to a .pdf and then try to return, the
graphics will magically disappear.

I know they have disappeared randomly (if not often) for reasons unknown to
me, but they seem to disappear consistantly when returning from a .pdf.

Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated since I am required to try my best to
make this work before I am allowed to use ACTUAL WEBPAGE EDITING SOFTWARE!

Thank you in advance for your time.

Dang, Pete. I don't have any answers for you, but I sure do feel for you!
Ugh.

You might test some MHTML files created with other software. I mean, maybe
try something like Word and see what happens just for kicks and grins. Will
the browsers open those reliably?
