I have a user who just recieved his new computer running Windows XP SP2 and
Office 2003 SP2. The user has a template setup to use the firm logo. When
he click the new button on the email bar a new message pops up with the
Template displaying the firm logo displayed correctly. When he sends his
message the user recieves the email with the logo in the body. When they
reply they see the message but when he gets thier reply or anyone elses email
with the same template he does not see the logo. He gets a box with a red x.
Is there something on his machine that is blocking this??? We run exchange
2003 but no one else is having the problem besides him.
