problems with mailing labels

I am running Windows XP Service Pack 2 and Office 2003 and am having
problems with mailing labels.

When I create a page of mailing labels and choose from the preset sizes they
do not line up with the hard copy. The top of each electronic label appears
lower then the physical label. It gets progressively worse with each label
going down the sheet of labels.

The label sizes I am having problems with are: Avery L7562; L7563 and
Unistat 38933; 38937

I have used all of these with Office 2000 and they worked fine. Is
Microsoft going backwards?

This is usually a sign that your normal.dot is not blank or corrupt, or that
you have an incompatible printer driver. Start Word in Safe mode: from
Start, Run type in

winword /a

and press enter. Word will start in safe mode. Open a page of labels and try
printing them now. If they print OK, it probably means that normal.dot is
corrupt. If they are still misaligned, it is a printer driver problem. Check
on the Internet support site for the printer and download the latest driver.
