Problems With Ms Access

Hi,
I have a problem with Ms Access, not all the
functions in Ms Access are working , I am not able to
create a Report nor run macros or queries in Access. Its
showing a message to install Microsoft CD but even after
doing that its showing the same problem. its Access 2000.
so can you please help me out with this problem.
