Problems with MSOffice Basic Edition ?

[MS OFFICE BASIC EDITION 2003]

First sorry, for bad english. I have problems with registration. I was by MS
Office basic edition 2003. When run example MS Outlook, on the desktop i see
Activation Wizard and i select first radio button (recomm..), Next, and
recive mesage : The Aktivation Wizard is unable to find connection to the
Internet. Please make sure that your connection is working properly and then
retry activation in a few minutes. OK ? Problems is what i 'loose' number for
run the software. Now is 43 (50 is start). How i register this product ? I
was try download SP2 ? No chanse . Help. MY OS is XP Profesional.

I was forget, i have notebook Compaq nx7010 and he is comme with Windows XP
Professional 1-2CPU HP OS and i was download SP2. For connection to the
Internet i use Proxy. I this OS problem for my MS Office?

The OS probably is not a problem, but the proxy server probably
is. Can you use the telephone activation method?

I think we have respons for the problems. You have rigt. In the Proxy server
is the problems. Thanks for all. If i have any problems with during process
instalation, i will call you.
