Problems with Norton Antivirus Add-ins

Hi everyone,

I used to have Norton Antivirus on my computer. I have now replaced it with
McAffee. But ever since I removed Norton, each time I try to open an email in
outlook 2003, I get a message saying, The Add-in "C:\Program
Files\Symantec_Client_Security\Symantec Antivirus..." could not be installed
or loaded. This problem may be resolved using Detect and Repair on the help
menu. I have to click OK button on this message box to open the emails. I
have tried to detect and repair the error but that didn't solve my problem.
Is there any way I can fix this problem?

Tools->Options->Advanced->Other->Add-in Manager or COM add-ins. Uncheck the
Norton plugin from there.

Hi Milly, thanks for your help. But Norton Antivirus Add-in isn't listed in
either Add-in Manager or COM Add-ins. Is there anything else I can try?
