Problems with office 2002

I am trying to startup Access, Excel, and Powerpoint but I'm have problems. I
get the following error message "can't be started. unable to initalize the
windows registry. Rerun Microsoft Access or Microsoft Office Setup to
reinstall." Where is the Office setup program?
