Problems with "out of office" assistance

Hi can someone help me figure out what happened to my out
of office assistant?
I've read all the knowledge base articles & nothing helps.
I'm running OL98 w/IE 6.0 (SP1 & all other updates)
I've reinstalled OL98 three time & yes I've installed it
with Corporate/work group.

There's nothing in my tool bar menu but my assistant
displays how to set up 'out of office.'
I'm really stumped!

This feature is only available if you use the Exchange Server.

Otherwise, you need to use the "Rules Wizard".

However, Sue Mosher has written up how to emulate
this feature if you do not connect to the Microsoft Exchange
