Problems with Outlook 2000

L

Lynne

I recently updated my Outlook. Prior to this time, I had
the feature of "out of office" notifier (under Actions
toolbar, I think). After updates, I no longer have this
feature but my computer continues to respond to incoming
messages with a partial message of "Dear Friends". I
cannot find a way to turn this feature off. Any ideas?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

What version of Outlook are you using? Note: this group does not support
Outlook Express.

Sorry - ignore the prior post.

The Out of Office Assistant will only work with an Exchange server on the
back end. You can spoof the OOA but you will have to leave Outlook open to
do so.
