Problems with Outlook 2007, this was not an upgrade from 2003 - HE

I've done reading the threads and all problems I believe, are not related to
me as I did not upgrade from Outlook 2003. This came with the NB I got. I
have MSO Business 2007. Outlook was working fine up until a month ago it
started freezing constantly. Problems are similar to those mentioned from
others, only difference is I did not upgrade, system came pre-installed.
