Problems with Outlook Update KB913807

I'm running Outlook 2003 CWO, with MS Exchange.

After installling the most recent Outlook update, KB913807, Outlook would
load initially, but then stall

I tried to setup a new profile but was unable to connect to the server and
open folders.

After uninstalling the update, Outlook is working fine.

Any ideas?
