Problems with Outlook

Hi
These last couple of days outlook is plying silly games
my emails from trusted sites, friends etc, are arriving in my junk
mail folder & even when I create a rule to send them to my inbox, they
are still arriving in the junk folder

Also, these same e-mails are arriving in duplicated and sometimes in
triplicate

Would anyone know what is happening & how to fix please?
Have I got a virus?

If you start Outlook in safe mode (Start > Run > outlook.exe /safe), does
this behaviour go away?

Have there been any changes, either to Outlook or anything that integrates
with Outlook (such as antivirus, antispam, etc.)? Have there been any other
installations or changes made to anything else?

It behaves differently
Still getting duplicates in the junk folder
But also getting email messages in my inbox correctly

I have just re-installed Vista after an infection, so naturally I have
been installing programs etc

When you run Outlook in safe mode, it disables all add ins. Add them back one
by one to see which one caused the problem.

As for receiving duplicates in your junk mail folder, that may be related to
an add in as well. What do you have integrated with Outlook? Known to cause
problems are antivirus actively scanning incoming/outgoing mail, antispam
software, FAX software, synch software (for a PDA for example), and others.
