Problems with OWA 2003

Hi!

I've done Google searches until my eyes were sore, so I
figured I'd try the newsgroups to solve my problems. I'm
doing helpdesk support and some of our users have problems
with Outlook Web Access. Details as follows:
Client configuration:
- Windows XP with SP1
- IE 6.0 with SP1 (ISA server proxy)

Server configuration:
- OWA 2003 (I have no idea if any service packs have been
installed on the Exchange server or what they might be)

Problems seen:
- Some users are unable to open some of their e-mails (get
a "Page not found" error in IE). This only happens when
the user is accessing OWA over the internet, and it's
always the same messages they can't open. There does not
seem to be a pattern as to which e-mails they can't open,
though. Some have attachments, some don't. Some have been
sent in the morning, others in the afternoon or evening.
Some have nordic characters in the subject, some don't...
- Also, more and more users find they are unable to reply
to or forward mails - they get a red "X" instead of the
message text. This can be fixed by installing the S/MIME
security update found under Options, but gives them two
new problems:
1) Users are unable to edit their signature (red "X")
2) Users no longer see an attachment field when editing an
e-mail (have to use the paperclip button)

If anyone can assist I'd be most appreciative... :)
