Problems with PDA and Outlook Calendar

When Outlook calendar appointments and meetings are updated or canceled, they
are not canceled or changed when I synchronize my PDA? An example: A meeting
was rescheduled in Outlook Calendar. The original meeting remained on my
calendar as well as the updated meeting. How do I resolve this so that my
PDA and Outlook synchronize properly?
