We have currently switched to 2003 and the application data is synchronized on the file server with personal data (my documents, etc). I have a user who had a virus that wiped her hard drive. I reinstalled everything but when it pulled the personal stuff from the server, it did not bring along the outlook folders. Subsequently, I copied the application data folder over to bring back the archived emails but they are no longer in the folders she had set up. What is the best way to handle this in the future and is there a way to bring over the folders? Where might the personal address book have gone?
