Problems with Project Pro - Graphs in Build Team from Enterprise

Hello,

When accessing the Graphs from within the Build Team from Enterprise Dialog
in Project Pro 2003, I keep getting the timescale that starts in 1984. The
project starts today, and the resource availability in the Enterprise
Resource Pool shows NA to NA (default).

If I scroll to the right I can go only so far, but then I have to zoom out.
If I eventually get to the current date it displays the Assignment work
correctly.

The problem seems only to exist for some resources, not all.

When I go into PWA, Resource Centre and Resource availability, it shows the
workload and availability with the correct timescales (current dates).

I'm baffled as to what causes this issue. Can anyone advise.
