Problems with Project Server 2003 Installation

I am trying to install Project Server 2003 on a clean Server 2003/SQL
Server 2000 SP3a system. Unfortunantly when it comes time to connect
to the database I get an error stating that I need at least SQL
Server 2000 SP3 to install. Has anyone else seen this problem and, if
so, what did you do about it?
