Problems with Project Server Services

Hi,

Perhaps somebody can help me troubleshoot a problem I'm having with Project Server.
I'm running Windows server 2003 SP1
with Sharepoint SP 2 and Project Server SP 2a
I also have SQL 2000 sp 4 on the same server.

I'm getting a bunch of errors in the error log as follows:
Component: ConnectSvc
File: C:\Office\dev\project\WebClient\source\server\connectorsvc\connectorsvc.cpp
Line: 777
Description:
Restarting listener for the connector configured by 'SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\11.0\MS Project\Services\Configuration\Connector\ProjectServer1'

----
Soap error: XML Parser failed at linenumber 0, lineposition 0, reason is: Access is denied.
----
Soap error: Loading of the WSDL file failed.
----
Soap error: One of the parameters supplied is invalid..

This leads me to believe that somewhere I've specified the wrong username or password. Anyone have any ideas where ?
The site appears to work fine. Strange

The main problem that I have is that since I installed Project Server, I can't reboot the server.
One of the Project services hangs at shutdown. (If I try anything eg open the services admin tool) windows tells me the server is in the process of shutting down.

There also seems to be a memory leak in "Project Server Connector Service".
I've actually created a scheduled task to restart this service every morning.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

This may seem a bit off beat but can you check the disk space on the server.

I saw this error at a new customer site the other day. It turned out that
they had not been correctly backing up the system and the transaction log had
bloated out so there was no more space.

Thanks for your response, but no, I still have at least 5 gigs free on each
drive.
