Problems with pulling up the Outlook address book in Word (Office XP Professional, Word 2002)

Stumped

Hi,
I have Office XP Professional which includes Word 2002. I also
upgraded my Outlook to Outlook 2003. When I am in Word, and I am
attempting to create an envelope using my Outlook Address book, the
OutlookAddress Book does not appear when I click on the Address book
icon. I get an error message. Does anyone know why and how to resolve
the problem?
